The Beer Supply Chain
Gastone Brilli Peri Tuscan sportsman was a cyclist, motorcyclist, and Formula 1 driver in the early 1900s. He trained and traveled the beautiful hills of Valdarno where today we cultivate hops and have established our brewery.
Birra Serriola is the line of beers made by Birrificio BVS inspired by the world of motorcyclists and engines. The places where Gastone Brilli Peri lived and trained are the same where we now produce the raw materials for our beers.
The Experience
Starting from the brewery, we will climb the mountains of Chianti Classico and then descend through the hills where hops are grown, concluding the tour in the beautiful historic square of Montevarchi, the birthplace of Gastone Brilli Peri. At the end of the tour, a splendid tasting of BIRRA SERRIOLA beers paired with typical products of Valdarno.
